Internet Return / Exchange Policy: The following policies are firm terms and conditions pertinent only for internet sales. There are no exceptions to these terms and conditions, please read carefully and understand prior to any purchase. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a return authorization. Please contact a representative to obtain approval for this authorization. All return and/or exchange shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the sender. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders and a 15% restocking charge will be assessed for all rugs returned for an exchange. All returns must be dated no later than 15 days from the date it was received in order to receive a refund. All exchanges must be received within 21 days from the date it was received.
